OK I finally test fired my PSA Gen 2 PA-10 .308

Lower: standard (7") carbine buffer tube (yeah I know it's called a receiver extension, sue me) with Magpul MOE stock & grip, & EPT polished nickel boron trigger group ($179 shipped!). Went ahead and put in a KAK 2.5" 5.3 oz. heavy buffer and a Sprinco Orange heavy duty recoil sping based on research. Put two quarters inside the buffer tube to set the bolt face/BHO gap just right.
Upper: 18" stainless steel mid-length upper with standard FSB & standard round handguards. Magpul MBUS rear on the rail. Whole gun = light & nimble & uncluttered, just how I like 'em.
Sighted in at 100m. Used the larger ghost ring aperature the whole time. Used Magpul LR/SR 20 and 25 round mags. Use PMC 147 gn. ball and Winchester 150 gn. soft points.
Dialed it in off the bench on a 4" black circle against white paper I could barely see. Holes appearing in and around the black spot. Good enough for what I want to do with this rifle.
Stood up & proceeded to ring the 10" metal plate offhand braced with the sling, every shot. Recoil: I didn't notice it. Seemed like shooting a normal AR. Cases ejected between 2:30 and 3:30, landing maybe 15 feet away. No dents, scratches, or bent rims. Looked like they were fired from a bolt gun.
Bolt held open on last rounds. Zero malfunctions or issues of any kind.
