?? re: crimping .45 Colt

OK, I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out- I cannot get a good crimp on my .45 Colt handholds anymore. I've been reloading this caliber since 1975 and until this latest batch, I haven't had any problems. Before the >45 Colt, I have been reloading .38/.357; .45 ACP, .410 and 16ga shotgun and .30-30.
I've been using the same 550B for about 20 years. Now, my .45 Colt will not crimp tight. I tried my orig. Dillon dies, my RCBS dies and a set of Lee dies with no joy. I tried crimping with a .45 ACP die, didn't work. Any suggestions? p.s. just as a test, I loaded some 10mm and .45 ACP on the same press with no problems. Please help. Thanks in advance.
