Tom Sutton Grandview, WA bad experience

I sold a pre-sample MP5 to Mr. Sutton last year, and the deal went through with no problems.
However, my next experience wasn't as favorable. On 12-02-17, Mr. Sutton contacted me regarding a pre-sample BAR I'd previously listed and had someone back out on. He asked if it was still for sale and requested pictures, which I texted to him.
On 12-18-17, he responded in text and said "Hi Eric. Sorry been busy lately. Will take the gun." I forwarded him my PO Box address for payment on 12-18-17.
On 12-27-17, I inquired about the status and explained that I had to pay an unexpected $11,000 in taxes that was due soon so I wanted to confirm the payment was sent since I was planning on using this to cover the taxes. I didn't receive a response.
On 12-30-17, I again texted Mr. Sutton and inquired about the status.
On 01-03-18, he responded "Hi Eric. Sorry I been out for a while. That price is still 9500 correct? If so we will get the money out to you ASAP." After I confirmed the price, for the first time he informed me that someone else was the actual buyer by stating "ok. it will be on the way ASAP. Money and FFL SOT will be coming from a Bob Young."
On 01-04-18, Mr. Sutton asked for a copy of my FFL/SOT, which I forwarded that same day.
On 01-16-18, I checked the status again since I still had not received anything.
On 01-18-18, Mr. Sutton responded "Sorry to get back to you this late. I guess Bob is buying a M2 50. So he is backing out."
No big deal if someone doesn't want to buy something. It was just frustrating to have a commitment on 12-18-17 and waste an entire month of time. Screenshots of the texts are available if there is any dispute about this version of events.
